I will aloud for people to give me critiques on this drawing

But I Drew this and it took me two days, I was too lazy to give him the whole jacket and such and this might look a little too much like somebody else who made it but Its actually close, I got it from one of the black butler anime pictures... I saw it almost like this but he had the left arm completely covered in the jacket and I already did mess up at that point, but this is my second attempt at drawing Grell.
I personally like this, I still apologize if this is taken as non-creative because it looks too close to some other peoples well, its not my fault for knowning others looked close to mine.... hope you enjoy it
